Privacy policy
Effective 30 October 2026
The short version: AllThingsVector traces your images on your own device. We never receive, see or store your images or the files you make. To count your plan's downloads, the app tells our server each time you download a file, with your account or, on the free trial, a random id made by your browser. If you sign in, we keep your email address so you can sign in again. When you buy a plan, Whop handles the payment and shares your email address and order details with us. We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Who we are
This policy covers the AllThingsVector website (this site) and the AllThingsVector web app at /app/ (together, “AllThingsVector”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us about privacy through our support page.
Your images and files
When you open, drop or paste an image into AllThingsVector, it is read and traced entirely inside your web browser. This includes the optional AI Enhance feature, which runs on your device's graphics chip. Names you type for personalization stay in your browser too.
- Your images and text are never uploaded to our servers or to any third party.
- The files you export (SVG, DXF, PDF, EPS, PNG and ZIP packages) are created on your device and saved wherever you choose.
- AllThingsVector does not keep a copy of your images or exports after you close the page.
Your account and download counts
Your plan includes a number of downloads, so the app checks with our server (hosted on Cloudflare) when you sign in and each time you download a file. The server keeps only what it needs for that:
- Your account: your email address, your plan, when you signed up and last used AllThingsVector, and the purchases Whop reports to us (plan, amount, date, and whether it was refunded). To sign in, we email you a 6-digit code; we keep only a one-way fingerprint of it, for 10 minutes.
- Download counts: how many files each account downloaded in each month. Not which images or files they were.
- Free trial: a random id that your browser creates and keeps, and a one-way fingerprint of your network address, each with a count of free downloads used. This stops the 3 free downloads being reset over and over; the fingerprint can't be turned back into your address.
Design library downloads are served from our Cloudflare storage after your plan is checked.
Information we don't collect
You can try AllThingsVector without signing up. We only ask for your email address when you sign in or buy a plan, and we never ask for a password. We don't use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or session recording, and we don't sell personal information.
Cookies and local storage
This website and the web app do not set cookies. The web app keeps a few things in your browser's local storage so your plan keeps working: a session from our server that keeps you signed in, and the random trial id. You can remove the session with “Sign out” in the app, or clear all of it in your browser settings. Your browser may also cache the site's files (such as the app's code, fonts and the AI model) so it loads faster next time.
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information needed to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. This information is handled by Cloudflare under its privacy policy. We do not use it to identify you, and we don't combine it with other data.
Buying a plan
Plans are paid for through Whop, which processes your payment under its own privacy policy. The checkout form on our pricing page is provided by Whop, so your card details go to Whop, never to us. We never see or store your card or bank details.
As the seller, we receive from Whop your email address, name (if you give one), country, and what you bought and when. We use this only to unlock your plan, provide support, handle refunds, send important notices about your purchase and keep the records the law requires. We don't use it for advertising and we don't sell or share it, except where required by law. You can ask us to delete it, apart from records we must keep for tax purposes.
Links to other sites
Pages on this site link to other websites, such as Whop and GitHub. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Children
AllThingsVector is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Your rights
If you haven't signed in or bought anything, we hold no personal information about you (only an anonymous trial count). If you have, you can ask for a copy of your account and purchase details or for them to be corrected or deleted. If you have a question or request under privacy laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, contact us through our support page and we will respond.
Changes to this policy
If we change how AllThingsVector handles information, we'll update this page and the effective date above. If a change means data would leave your device in a new way, we'll say so clearly before it takes effect.
